We love our clients. Because of you, 2013 is shaping up to be the busiest year ever for Lucky Luxe which means all-hands-on-deck for just Brooke and I is still not enough. I’ve been agonizing over who we could trust to design invitations you’ll all be proud of, sticking to the aesthetic that is uniquely Lucky Luxe, and I’m proud to report we’ve found just the girl. We were classmates at Ole Miss, spinning pottery at Meek Hall all summer and enduring design critiques and the BFA program together. After graduation she worked as a wedding stationery designer in her hometown, New Orleans.
Allison’s maiden name is Mott which I suppose lead to her being called ‘Sauce’ (applesauce!) by every person who knows her. She’s possibly the only person I’ve ever seen who makes turquoise hair look professional, and she and her husband Ross’s background in letterpress with their shop Cage Free Press makes her a perfect fit for our little shop. I hope y’all will give her a warm welcome. You’re going to love working with her!
